Ancient bards played a vital role in their communities: crafting their culture’s stories, presenting music that required harmony and strong performance-compositions working together to make a whole. Bards communicated through powerful poetry providing inspiration and meaning to events. Binding the community and strengthening culture, they helped develop leadership and a strong sense of responsibility in others. Bards wove history and identity.
Modern organizations also require broad spectrum communication through presentation, soft skill and teamwork, goals visioning, ethics and an understanding of company culture. In order to maximize these corporate internal and external forms of communication and leadership development, we envision several communication spheres arranged in four related groups.
