Lesslye Mason

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Lesslye Mason co-founded Bards Consulting in 2019 and serves as CEO. Lesslye has been teaching, training and consulting for over three decades. She began her career as an Educational Consultant creating curriculum for students, school districts and businesses in Colorado. From there, she became co-editor for The Bridge, a Christian publication, worked in B2B advertising and marketing for non-profits. Most recently, Ms. Mason worked as a coach and virtual trainer throughout the United States. Ms. Mason has a Masters of Science in PR and Mass Communications from the University of Colorado.

Steve Wilson

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Steve Wilson co-founded Bards Consulting in 2019 and serves as the COO. Steve has been teaching, training and consulting for over three decades. He began his career at the Tulsa YMCA where he helped establish one of the first ropes courses in the south-central United States. He also taught at the University of Oklahoma for three decades, his courses included English, Business Communications, Advanced Business Communications, Leadership, and Human Relations. Steve served as the Westheimer Communication Mentor for the Price College of Business from 2008 – 2015. Mr. Wilson has a Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
