HELPING TELL YOUR STORY

Our Vision is for companies and their employees to learn to “Speak Their Company” effectively and ethically for better business.

MISSION

We want to help companies and their employees learn to Speak Their Companies better through dynamic, hands-on training experiences, and to challenge participants to reach a higher potential and empower organizations to better reach their stakeholders.

PHILOSOPHY

The underlying premises of our approach are that both business and client are considered holistically; people can be active agents in effecting change both by personal exploration and effort and through guided approaches to learning.  This learning includes both practical behavioral information and more transcendent aspects of human’s being.

Weave your company’s history and identity into your story.

RELATIONSHIP

Both parties are seen as equals…but the initial lead role belongs to the trainer and client.  Both journey to the same end- together-but the trainer has done it before. Mutual respect and trust should be the operative keys for this relationship.

DISCOVERY

In this phase, the trainer turns to more active methods to help the client integrate new behaviors in relation to better communication through hands-on development activities.  As the client continues to work, he or she will experience “Aha” moments, where they realize they can be effective communicators.  After our consultation, we believe the clients can continue improvement using the new skills gained to solve new problems.

ANALYSIS

The investigation (collaborative empirical approach) of the client should involve open communication about the consultant’s observations and the client’s expectations. Initial analysis of needs is determined.  Further plan of consultation is developed in response to the particular needs.  Insight into problems and a will to action also begin in this stage.

EDUCATION

During this phase, additional learning development occurs.  The client begins seeing the relationships between effective communication and a positive business outcome.

We believe that use of our eclectic approach, which borrows from several modes of educational, psychological and philosophical views including Adlerian Psychology, Person-Centered Approaches, Cognitive Approaches, REBT, and a touch of Jungian Psychology, with a healthy dose of Kurt Hahn’s philosophies giving birth to Outward Bound’s and Project Adventure’s hands-on learning produces effective results and helps companies along with those in them to communicate more successfully.
